Swim Meet AGAIN!!!!!!!

Yo!

This was the last home meet for this calendar year! YAHOO!! I swam:

Medley B Relay: We got second!! Kingfish dominated the medley!

200 IM: Wow, I got first AND I dropped 3 seconds! Now I have a 2:40.79!!!!!! I beat Cookie!! She did AWESOME too!

200 Free: I got FIRST!! Also dropping 3 seconds! I have a 2:23 now!! Yeah!

400 Free: I got second! I dropped 1 second! I have a 5:07 now! Yay! Not the time I wanted, but still good!

My coaches thought I did very well. Coach Bob really liked my 200 Free and Coach Rick really liked my 200 IM! Same with Coach Bob!

Meet results

Hey!

Ok so we had a meet yesterday. I wasn't feeling 100% so I scratched out of my 200 IM, I swam The medley relay to decide pretty much how the meet was going to go for me, I dropped a bunch of time, I swam free. I got a 30.02 and won the relay!!!! The dude I raced against got a PB also. Then I waited and waited and waited for my 100 Back, I dropped 4 seconds!!!! I have a 1:16 now and I regained 3rd place on the standings! Then I waited and waited for 100 Free, I got a 1:07.89 so that a tad bit slower than my fastest. Then I waited and counted laps for Alwaysthere during his 400 Free. He dropped 2 seconds(!!!), then I had wait for my Free relay, I had to race against 2 FAST guys. Not fun. I got a 31 low. I really wanted to go against the kid who I originally raced in the medley relay. We got second in the Free relay, it was a close second, though. Anyway it was a good meet. At the end I wished I had raced the girl who won the 200 IM. She got my PB, and her Fly split was 2 seconds slower than mine on the IM. Oh well, I'll race it again at the next home meet this weekend. It was funny one of the guys I raced for the Free relay was like, "that was a good race." Not everyday you see a 13 year old GIRL keep up with some smokin' fast dudes, eh? I probably could of gotten a faster time on my 100 Back if the flags weren't so weird. I had to take off two strokes of my stroke count to fit. Not good. Too many DQs at this meet. People were flinching on the blocks...naughty naughty.

GAME DAY!!!!

The swim team went to a water park yesterday! SO MUCH FUN!!!!! OMGosh it was just so much FUN!! They're 2 slides there, they are awesome! It was a blast, I mainly hung out with Cookie and another friend. We had a TON of fun. Aah, Game Day is the best. We have another one coming up in January. YAY! I have another swim meet tomorrow. I'm swimming 200 IM, 100 Free, 100 Back. I will give you time updates after the meet.

I did AWESOME at our Long Distance and Pentathalon meet!!!!!

Day 1: Long Distance

1500(metric mile) free: I dropped 59 seconds! I had a 21:36 and I got a 20:37!! I got 3rd place!

800 Free: I added a little bit of time but I got second place! I started with an 10:36 and got a 10:42!!

400 IM: I dropped 12 seconds and got 3rd place!!!! I started with an 6:07 and got a 5:55!!!

Day 2: Pentathalon

200 IM: I dropped 7 seconds and got 1st!! I started with an 2:50 and got a 2:43!!!!!

100 Free: I added a second, I don't remember what place I got. I started with an 1:07 and got a 1:08.

100 Back: I'm not completely sure if I dropped or added. We had a mini meet before the season and they keep putting that time as my time. But I got the fastest time THIS season!!


100 Breast: I got 4th I think! I dropped a tenth of a second. I got an 1:32.something!

100 Fly: I dropped a second and QUALIFIED!!!! I started with a 1:21 and got a 1:20!!

I am now qualified for Champs in EVERYTHING!!!!!! YEAH!! :oD!
